YES we are CLP compliant and insured. You will find our labeling attached to all our products as we are required to inform our customers of any potential hazards within the product. 

Yes. We are able to do customized order as long as time allows it. We currently supply other shops and spas with ongoing customized orders. Please message us and we will try to help as best we can.  If you need favours for wedding, baby shower, birthdays or any similar occasions please get in contact with us by using our contact form at the bottom of this page 

All of our candles and melts are hand poured using 100% soy wax 

We do currently supply other shops and businesses with wholesale orders. If this is something you are interested in please do get intouch for more information .  

We do not provide free samples however we do include samples in ever order we send or you are able to order a sample box of our soy wax melts 

We are a small business and unable to offer free postage on every order.  However at times we will offer free postage on a certain item or on orders over a total cost 

If you can no longer smell the scent from your diffuser it may be time to flip the reeds from time to time these will need to be flipped so the opposite end is in the bottle. When doing this make sure not to touch the oil or set it onto any surfaces. We also sell replacement reeds in the shop  

Occasionally you will see what looks like smoke coming from the wax. This is actually vapour from the fragrance evaporating this is nothing to be concerned by.

If you see black   smoke extinguish your tea light immediately  

We always recommend that you use a 4hour tea light in your burners. 

This is a natural characteristic of soy wax and is referred to as "frosting" it will not in any way alter the scent that you receive from our wax melts and candles  

Each square from our bars will last a minimum of 4 hours.  Each person will experience scents differently, so scent that is very strong to you may be much softer for somebody else. You can find like many of our customers that melt and re-melt their wax many times before changing it.  We usually burn using a 4 hour tea light the same wax 4/5 times   

A wax melt is very similar to a candle but without the wick.  To release the scent you use a wax burner to melt the wax and fragrance your home.  when using a candle the whole wax will disappear however with a wax melt the wax will remain only the scent will disappear

Pop the required amount of wax onto the top of your burner usually 1/2 shapes or 1 section of our bars.  Place a 4 hour tea light in the area below and allow the wax to melt and fill your home with amazing fragrances 

 Our candles will fill your room with beautiful scents When using your candle for the first time please burn the candle until you have a melting pool, (when the entire surface is melted). This can take 1-2 hours. This will prevent your candle from tunnelling and your candle will last longer. Never burn a candle for more than 4 hours at a time and remember to trim the wick before each usage to reduce unnecessary smoke
